Ken Schultz and Mile High Seamless Gutters are the best contractors I have worked with, in any trade. Ken is a true craftsman...which is rare these days.

They hang the gutter much better and stronger than other gutter companies and that actually come back with any concerns.

First off hands down the reason I went with Mile High is that Ken Schultz was the person that was the first point of contact to get an estimate. He took his time going over the current gutters and making suggestions for improvements. Ken is highly experienced in this trade and I felt super comfortable dealing with him. He also met the install crew on site the day of the project to go over the job. The installation team did had a couple of downspouts that I wanted done a little differently and it was easy simply talk with Ken and arrange that as well. How a company deals with any issues that come up on a job is very important to me as well.

Mile High was excellent to work with. Ken was very thorough when he came out to provide the estimate and did not try to upsell us on things we did not need. Repair work was prompt and done well.

I had a really bad problem with bad gutters, which rotted my fascia and some of my soffit. I needed new gutters that actually work. Mile High put me in touch with a siding repair company, then coordinated in a timely fashion to come in right behind the siding repair. Demo, fascia replaced, soffit repaired, and finally new gutters all facilitated by Mile High. Fantastic work. I'm super happy with my experience all around.

I had a rather difficult situation to remove rainwater away from my house. After several bids and sub par solutions offered from other companies, Dan from Mile High Seamless gutters came to our rescue. They installed the gutters the way that I had asked, and because I have no idea what I am doing with gutters, it wasn't working to solve our issue. Dan came in with some very out of the box solutions that addressed our drainage concerns. They really do stand by their work and they spent a lot of extra time re-working the gutters until they were done correctly. This is something that is unfortunately rare with contractors these days and I appreciated it so much that it has prompted this review. I also witnessed Dan going through the job site multiple times to locate any stray screws or touch up the smallest scuffs with paint. A true perfectionist. Call these guys first if you want the job done right. Or, call them second to come fix the other companies poor craftsmanship. Lastly, Brenda who answers the phone and deals with billing is a real sweetheart, and has a true ability to brighten your day! Not something you expect when calling a gutter company.
